"Crisitunity" is wonderful and funny as satire and irony. But used seriously by investment advisors, motivational speakers, etc. is bullshit. As is a word that Makes.Me.Cringe: "Challenge." When used the same way, it's selling some onerous task or problem as a lucky chance to do something positive. It's handling me.
Unclogging a toilet is not a "crisitunity" or "challenge." It's an unpleasant job you have to do.
