As always, I learned all kinds of Valuable Things from this linkstack. How had I never heard of the Mandela effect before?? Especially since I'm apparently a victim of it in BOTH cases you mention, "tarnation" and "nimrod" (which I can plainly HEAR Bugs Bunny saying in my head).
